Our aim is to get to know you better. By doing this we can tailor your IT to suit you. Our fees are extremely flat. So choosing what you want and what you need is simple. On our Gold Agreement there are no additional costs for support and we are happy to include project time as well. So if you ever have a requirement for new equipment, you will only have to pay for the equipment itself as the install costs are already included in your agreement. We do not charge call out fees for normal work however we do charge a call out fee for emergency out of hours or public holiday onsite work.
