With backgrounds in internal IT our focus is different to other Managed Service Providers that you may have dealt with in the past. We understand the challenges that businesses face with IT and as a result have structured things differently than you have experienced before.

Our Objective

Our aim is to get to know you better, we do this by providing support ONSITE on a set day every week. However, this doesn’t mean that you can’t contact us every other day of the week either!!

Save You Money

We feel that our costs to provide such a service are better than others in the industry and we feel that we deliver more as a result too. Our fees are extremely flat. There are no additional costs for support and we are happy to include project time as well. So if you ever have a requirement for new equipment, you will only have to pay for the equipment itself as the install costs are already included in your agreement. We do not charge call out fees for normal work however we do charge a call out fee for emergency out of hours or public holiday onsite work.
